When comparing Zulu time and times throughout the US I see that it is the same even though the times are different in different zones. I didn't look at Miami. I view Hawaii because I remember my wedding planner was in Hawaii and would call me so late. But it wasn't late for her. So although we have a three hour difference in normal time, Zulu time we are the same.

The cold front passing KSLC is moving South East.
The cold front will reach Salt Lake City at about 2pm 2100 GMT Zulu
I believe that the cold front will pass in about three hours because of the High pressure, it will take little time to come through. The cold front is making it's way from the northern part of North America. I am expecting it to be freezing!\
So my prediction is way off. 2:00 pm Mountain Time is late. The cold front actually hit us at about 12:00 pm 1900Zulu. It is now 6:00 pm and I am freezing! It is actually snowing and windy. Quite the cold front and the map was not lying about High pressure.
